It's no secret that sometimes all I want to hear is some adrenaline fueled, hyper aggro music. There are two main sources I get this, Post-Grunge/Alternative Metal, which has been dying a very slow death, and Drum'n'Bass. This mix is an assortment of the former. It's a treading no new ground, but the entire style of music hasn't really gone anywhere new in a decade. Therefore I absolve myself of any responsibility for that anyways. If you like music that can be-lovingly called "Butt Rock" then give this a spin.
